Our Technician Leonid was very nice and accessed what he though the problem with or air-conditioner was (the breaker) I had the breaker replaced and it still does not work. I am waiting for someone to come back to fix the problem.

Well my biggest issue is I got an email at 8 am that said the tech would be there between 820 and 915 and then it also said. Estimated time of arrival is828 but nobody showed until 215

The person came out and told me the mother board burned out and I had to pay $800 it didn't sit well with me so I called another company, turns out my refrigerator wouldn't keep cold because it was to close to wall. This guy was going to take me for hundreds of dollars after I told him how I just got scam from a company who was supposed to redo our kitchen and he see that we don't have any cabinets no nothing and still thought, hey let me rob her next. I would never call Sears for any repairs ever again, they lost a costumer in me

First, when he arrived he's complaining 2 hours drive to get to my place and not worth the small labor costs. The next trip is to install the part and he told me he won't be doing the repair. He was having trouble to set up my next return service and refused to connect the dryer end pipe that was dislocated. Also, sears appliance repair only uses AI to manage appointments no live agents!

Richard was wonderful, however service was abysmal! Appointment kept getting pushed back with no explanation and with AI no way to speak to a live voice. After a week waiting for Richard to be rescheduled we were informed it is irreparable. We now will be at least two weeks without a refrigerator and have no idea how to proceed for replacement reimbursement. We have had a service contract with Sears since 2011. The deterioration in service is appalling. Again I reiterate, Richard was wonderful. I don’t know what we would have done without him, however based on the whole experience I can no longer recommend Sears.

It was very hard too deal with this company. No one knows what they're doing. I got a text saying that the apart from my refrigerator was discontinued. They still sent over the same technician that diagnosed my refrigerator Without telling him that the part was discontinue. He makes a call to some one and some guy brings over apart from my refrigerator. I just find it a little shady.How apart all of a sudden shows up after telling me that the part was discontinue. It was way overpriced.I probably could have bought a new refrigerator with the price that they changed me. Need to cancel my home warranty with these people.I just think they're shady. It's either that or no one knows what the hell they're doing. You will get four different stories.. and there is not one number that you can talk to a life agent. I it took weeks for my refrigerator to get fixed.
