Tommy was great! He explained what was wrong with the frig and what my options were. Sears itself sucks!!! After paying large sums of money over 15 years for the maintenance contract on this frig, Sears decided to not inform me that the contract would soon expire, causing the contract to lapse, thereby having no coverage to do repairs today. I will be posting this information on all my platforms telling everyone how "Sears Sucks." Have a nice day and future!!! NEVER BUY SEARS APPLIANCES AGAIN!!!

I have an appointment for repair on November 29 , they kept send me Text “ the technician is on his way , all day waiting and never showed up , later sent me another text saying your appointment have been rescheduled for Monday Dec 3 , the same thing happen never showed up , I called to the same number to I called to make my app. And keep telling oh we have your phone register in our system for what day you want to reschedule your app. And don’t give me the option to speak to costumer services , horrible . I have to try using another person phone the is not register in their system to see if I can get in touch with them , horrible !

I have 4 kids under 8. My refrigerator has been broken for 5 MONTHS!!! They keep pushing off appointments and saying parts aren't available. DO NOT USE THEM. Here's a picture of all of the parts.

With the exception of the fantastic technician who finally found and fixed the problem (partially caused by another tech) this repair experience was absolutely horrible. It took over a month, waited for parts that weren't needed and handled so completely inefficiently. DO NOT use this company.

He was very nasty to the plumbers I had there at the same time. He never really finished the job. At this point I don't know why I have a warranty. He hardly did anything.

They come out do no work , quote all this money just to discourage you not to get the repair so you can buy another washer . I feel like he did not work to find what was really wrong with my washer just told me what he thinks without even taking anything apart, I am very unhappy with the service . I paid for absolutely nothing just what he thinks. Not happy at all👎👎

Technician advised my tenant to pour Drano down my kitchen drain. This home uses a grinder pump system and we are not supposed to introduce any harsh chemicals to the drain, specially not drain cleaners like Drano or liquid plumber.
