David was excellent ! Unfortunately none of the ordered parts were correct due to LG. Awaiting refund from Sears. As far as David’s work, he was informative, reliable, trustworthy and fantastic at communicating when he’d arrive!

George was terrific! I couldn’t ask for a better tech. He knew exactly what the issue was and resolved it promptly. Not only he resolved our issues with our washer, he gave us a few pointers with our other appliances too! He’s very warm and friendly top notch guy and a great conversionalist. Awesome personality and great character!
