The call center experience was horrific. Parts arrived on 11/21 and appointments kept getting canceled due to waiting for parts. Called numerous times to tell them the parts arrived and system and call center continued to cancel rescheduled appointments due to no update in system that we had the parts. Had to move our Thanksgiving to another location. Service tech was excellent but we will never deal with Sears service again based on this experience
