Tech was very nice and got the job done very well.i recommend getting the sears warranty. However they tend to reschedule a lot and their entire customer service is AI which I don’t like at all. But if you don’t got time to fix or repair your own appliances id recommend this service.

Tech was very nice got the job done very well. I recommend getting the sears home warranty especially if you don’t got time to fix your appliances. However they reschedule way too much and all their customer service is AI which I do not like one bit. Or you talk to a boy for technical support.

They were polite enough but not USA located, and they have no repairman in the area and won't send one and suggest looking locally. If I knew I'd a local one I won't wouldn't be calling them now would I.

I called on August 18th because my refrigerator stopped working. The earliest appointment I could get was Sept 11. I thought it was a long time to be without a refrigerator but what else could I do. I took off work and waited all day because my appointment was for 8 to 5, at 4:41 I received a text that my appointment was being rescheduled to October 9th, almost another month. How am I supposed to wait that long. I am extremely disappointed in this company, they didn't even call and when I tried to call them the only thing I got was bots telling me about my appointment. I will be leaving a review with the BBB as well. I looked on yelp today and most of the reviews are just like mine.
