We needed a Craftsman tractor/mower checked out, as the mower deck was not engaging, and an oil change was in order. Our technician was quite thorough in troubleshooting the issues, making sure a variety of parts, components, and the battery were in working order, and the repair and an assuring test evaluation were completed as rapidly as possible. Our tech was polite, he arrived on the early side of our appointment bracket, and gave several insights that should aid us with future maintenance needs. Thanks!

Marcus is a wonderful service technician. I couldn’t be happier with the service. HOWEVER, upon calling to check on my service date I was abruptly made aware that SEARS is now using Samantha an AI, for you to speak to. After trying to get answers to my question, she said “I detect some frustration from you “!!!!!!! I have news for you, the older generation is not going to be happy about it, and neither am I. You are losing sight of what real customer service should be!
