Marcus is a wonderful service technician. I couldn’t be happier with the service. HOWEVER, upon calling to check on my service date I was abruptly made aware that SEARS is now using Samantha an AI, for you to speak to. After trying to get answers to my question, she said “I detect some frustration from you “!!!!!!! I have news for you, the older generation is not going to be happy about it, and neither am I. You are losing sight of what real customer service should be!
