We received very prompt service and were kept informed about the service provider's arrival. Paul was very professional and explained the problem with our ice maker thoroughly. We needed a Craftsman tractor/mower checked out, as the mower deck was not engaging, and an oil change was in order. Our technician was quite thorough in troubleshooting the issues, making sure a variety of parts, components, and the battery were in working order, and the repair and an assuring test evaluation were completed as rapidly as possible. Our tech was polite, he arrived on the early side of our appointment bracket, and gave several insights that should aid us with future maintenance needs. Thanks!
