Someone had told me the fumes I was smelling was coming from my refrigerator. Paul was awesome in explaining IF my refrigerator was leaking the steps it would be going through. My refrigerator is keeping food cold, but I was worried about leakage & fumes going into the food, throwing all my food away...Paul was very knowledgeable. I definitely got the right person. Thanks Paul. I still was charged a great amount from my home warranty, but at least I have peace of mind about the refrigerator. Now to find where the fumes are coming from.

Paul was very professional and knew what He was doing. It’s a shame Sears ruined our experience by constantly reminding us of nothing other than the day Paul was coming and and flooding my emails with nonsense. I can understand 2 reminders but it was totally overkill.
