The service technician was awesome. Although the first guy that they sent told me that I could keep using my washer until it got fixed, he was sadly mistaken because it wasn’t working right and it turned into a big pain in the butt trying to get it to drain. Neil was awesome. He did fix the washer and then he found out that they required for me to buy a brand new one which was annoying because I waited two weeks to have mine fixed now I have to wait even longer to hear back from the company to see which way to go with this situation. But Neil was great. The wait time to have my washer repaired/replaced is unacceptable.
