I met my technician, Paul, promptly at the predetermined time. He explained the cause of the problem with our refrigerator and what he was going to do to remedy the situation. He told me that it was a common problem and he took care of it quickly.

Very satisfied. I was told my dryer would be checked and cleaned and the technician said no one told him. That was the first trip when my washer was diagnosed. As far as I know, no dryer maintenance was performed.
