The technician was prompt, knowledgeable and skilled. He found the problem immediately, a burned-out heating element. He replaced the element, cleaned out lint which could have become a fire hazard, and had the dryer back in service shortly. The repair cost from Sears was pricey. But it was well worth it to me to have the dryer back in service less than 18 hours from when I called Sears for service.

The Sears technician was knowledgeable and great at his job. He did fix our problem but 2 hours layer the microwave stopped working. No reflection on the tec. It’s the fault of our warranty company for not having a new microwave installed as it is 14 years old.
