Bob arrived within the given window and called on his way. Once here he addressed the issue promptly and discussed service options and fees associated. With his background as a Sears technician and electrical school he provided a cost effective and outside of the box way of fixing the issue. Dryer is working great! *one note is that the diagnostic fee is the minimum charge and not waived. Labor and parts are added on to that amount. We were still happy with the quoted amount and felt it was reasonable.
