Aaron W. did a fantastic job. It took three different times for me to have someone from Sears come to my house, but I must admit Aaron being the technician did a wonderful job. I must say, that your AI system for phone service if rated from 1 to 10 would be (1) notifying someone who’s taken off work all day from eight till six and not having a human to call to address grievances is unacceptable. Thing is, I had to have three different appointment dates to take the entire day off. No one will pay for my three days off!
