Matthew was excellent. He did amazing work and even assisted me when the Sears Chat Bot let me down on a previous service. The Chat Bot was unable to address my issue when I was advised that there had been a scheduling change and my service appt was cancelled multiple times,

John is a very honest technician. He tells you things right up front and that's what I like about him. I can truly trust him because he tells you things you need to know, NOT what you want to hear. There's a big difference in that. He told me everything I needed to know about my warranty. I rely on John to give me the best possible service and he does. He is also very personable and has a good sense of humor. John is definitely an asset to your company. Thanks John
