Mains is my name. He was very nice and tried to inform us as best he could. He had only good things to say, which was cool since the fridge was busted. He framed things in a good way so that we were able to make a decision quickly on a plan of action. He also maintenance my washer and dryer and was very good at understanding my concerns.
