Mains is my name. He was very nice and tried to inform us as best he could. He had only good things to say, which was cool since the fridge was busted. He framed things in a good way so that we were able to make a decision quickly on a plan of action. He also maintenance my washer and dryer and was very good at understanding my concerns.

Great service! He was prompt, knowledgeable, pleasant and polite. Also very patient leading me through the online checkout process. Our dryer is in a closet. Before he left he even put the mops and brooms back in place. Perhaps a small thing, but I appreciated it.
