Technician was on time. Called to alert me with his ETA well in advance. He was efficient and knowledgeable and thorough. He was also friendly, cheerful, mannerly, considerate and kind. I’m confident in his work and happy with his performance. Thankyou Sears for another wonderful experience with your repairs! Please please hire on more technicians so that we don’t have to wait nearly an entire month for your repairman to come due to shortages of available technicians and rescheduling issues etc.

Jeb was great, but the price was ridiculous to replace two burnt wires, it wasn't the whole harness. I will be looking for another repair service company.

Wayne came to my house today to look at my dryer. He arrived at 8:45 and took the time to explain what was wrong and my options. He was very professional and friendly. I would recommend him to my friends. And if I need arepairman again I will request him.
