Jeb was great, but the price was ridiculous to replace two burnt wires, it wasn't the whole harness. I will be looking for another repair service company.

Wayne came to my house today to look at my dryer. He arrived at 8:45 and took the time to explain what was wrong and my options. He was very professional and friendly. I would recommend him to my friends. And if I need arepairman again I will request him.

The serviceman was very knowledgeable about how to work on and repair a washing machine. I was given an education and options on the condition of my machine which was helpful. I also received text messages on tech arrival time and parts that needed to be ordered with tracking info. I will probably use them again.
