Cory explained that our warranty probably would not cover any repairs because there were mice at one time before we owned the house. He was very nice and explained everything he was doing. Great technician

Sears Home Service’s representatives were professional, polite, efficient and considerate. They diagnosed the problem quickly and returned my washer to working order. Appliance repair services have become hard to find in my area. Next time I need appliance repairs I will call Sears Home Service’s first.
