This is the 5th attempt to have my washing machine repaired. The previous 4 times work was performwd by anothe company chosen by my home warranty company. The home warranty company finally decided to change to Sears and Lori was sent out. Lori was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. She explained the issue with my machine in an easy to understand manner. Here's hoping we got the right fix this time.

Stephen was fantastic. On time, clean, detailed, efficient and friendly. Even unexpectedly prepared as the part shipped to me was defective and luckily he had another one on his truck. Thanks for the great work. Sears Appliance scheduler on the other hand sucks to high hell. The AI operated system is terrible.
