I was pleased with the work that Rick provided when he came (3/19) to see what the problem was with our refrigerator "going bad". He said that we needed a new compressor, and another set of parts, and that they would be ordered soon. However, there was an issue with the parts, because they where not available. The office was trying to find, and order the parts from other vendor(s). However, the compressor came in on Friday (3/20) in the afternoon, around 5-5:30pm). I had a "chat" with someone on Saturday morning to send the technitian to come and install the compressor which was the main concern. I was told various times that they could not send a technician until all the parts were in. I was concerned that the meats and other items were going to be lost because of no refrigeration. Today (3/30) the technician came in and installed the compressor. Appears that by not oppening the freezer door (we did it only twice) the meats were saved. This made the situation very stressful for over ten days. I think that it was unnecessary. Thank you! RVelez
