Prices. I had get technicians but I have a major issue with the pricing. I was told the parts price was $222.99 and was being shipped to my house. When it arrived, it was an Amazon box and I scanned the barcode, it was $25. I understand markups but that is too high for a markup. Then trying to talk to someone is ridiculous. They only have AI customer service. Still waiting to hear from someone.

I called to get the door fixed and spin plate won’t rotate. Guy showed up, didn’t fix anything and now the micro that at least heated up food before he showed up don’t even turn on now. I

Had an appointment scheduled for a dryer that wasn't working. Appointment window was between 8-4 today. At 12:30 the repair guy contacts me that he has to cancel and they earliest he can now come is next week. Nope. Would not recommend this business.

The techs are great the AI is not.Stephen was amazing… I have 10+ years and this repair request was a nightmare! Twice no shows, one ai cancelled it without my request, the second probably was AI but the tech never came out to the app’t. It took a month for my appliance to be fixed.. no great after such great years of good service, btw you can not talk to humans, when you do reach a human they are in India, no one in the US and no supervisors to help! 2 days waisted from 8 - 5 taking time off and have a no show, 4 weeks of 8-5 waiting! Not acceptable!

Appears my first review was deleted, so, leaving again. This company is absolute BS. Had this company scheduled to come out the other day to check my washer because it started making the loudest noise and vibrations. Tech came, said “well it’s the floor and the outlet, not the washer”. Wouldn’t even run the cycle to check. Canceled the appointment on the spot. I have had this same company out before to repair my dryer - never said anything was wrong with the floor or the outlet. Guy just didn’t want to do his job. Now I’m still left with an unusable washer.

Waiting 6 weeks for a refund and still nothing. Dryer was misdiagnosed and was told it woild be cheaper to buy a new dryer than repair my 2yr old one. So we did. Only to find out it wasnt any issue with the dryer but the breaker. So spent $800 for nothing and still waiting for my $600 refund. Update its another 2 weeks and no money. Ive contacted you with no resolution. Ive filed a complaint with the BBB.

My experience with these inept chuckleheads was a total disaster. Dryer stopped working suddenly so I scheduled a service appointment with them. Tech came out and said the dryer needed a $600 circuit board that would take three weeks to arrive. Part arrived, dryer still didn’t work. We were told we needed a whole new dryer after two years. Bought new dryer, new dryer does the same thing as the old one, we’re told it’s not the dryer it’s the outlet. Get the outlet replaced, STILL doesn’t work. Have Samsung come to fix new dryer, tech determines it’s the outlet. Property maintenance comes out and figures out it was ONE LOOSE SCREW in our breaker box. Five weeks of runaround and $800 for an unnecessary new dryer, when the problem could’ve been assessed correctly, if not fixed correctly by a knowledgeable professional, which apparently Sears Home Services is lacking in. I won’t trust these dopes to fix so much as a toaster in the future, they’ll probably tell me I need a new garage door opener, and we don’t even have a garage.

I wish I could give zero stars. First it is nearly impossible to speak to a live agent. I had an appointment scheduled to replace parts to my washer that has now been rescheduled by Sears FOUR times. Not to mention each appointment they give you an approximate eta, and when that time comes, it gets pushed by the hour. I have gone completely out of my way to be available for these appointments with nothing in return. I reached out to Sears about a week ago to have my issue escalated and after calling several different numbers and being transferred 3 times, the agent assured me someone would contact me within 48 hours to better assist me. The service appointment was still rescheduled (to today), which is now here and I already received a cancellation notice and is rescheduled for another week. I have yet to hear from a supervisor and the agent I just spoke to NOW informed me that there is no way someone can contact me as they only have inbound calls. Hard to believe someone at a superior level is not capable of contacting customers to address significant issues. I am left with a partially inoperable washer and fear that my next appointment will come and go and they will reschedule, again. I am paying for a monthly service when in the end am receiving no service at all. There is absolutely zero consideration of my time or money. Worst service (lack of) ever.
