Each of the two technicians that came to my home were excellent!!! Very helpful, professional and thorough. Being contacted prior to their arrival on several occasions with text calls and appointment reminders was great . I found Sears service website very easy to navigate and helpful. Five starts all around! I will definitely use them agayif needed

We have a 5 year old Kitchen Aid refrigerator with a lot of bells and whistles. It has had several issues during that time and we have used other repair services that we have not been very satisfied with. As a child of the 80s, I saw “Sears appliance repair” online and knew I would get quality services. I was right. Both the diagnostic technician and the repair technician were professional, knowledgeable, and friendly people. I would highly recommend.
