Steve was very friendly, cleaned up, did a fast and accurate job, from diagnosing to replacing the part. He called ahead and let me know he was coming. I would highly recommend him. He let me put a load in before he left and it's going great. I love my Kenmore Elite Appliances & their Warranty. Thank You Steve, I've never been so happy to do wash.
