Technician was great! He did what the prior technician should’ve done. He actually got down to diagnosing what was wrong vs assuming what was wrong. Need more of him (sorry didn’t catch his name)!

Te young lady that showed up was so nice nd qualified. She did her work , fixed it and was clean respected our home..however your AI leaves a lot to be desired…set up the appointment and noe came between 8- 5 , I did get a text at 12;05, tech is on their way….waited until 7pm with now calls apologies nothing. The next day I tries to call formyhone and guess what An AI answered and refused to connect me with a person to explain what happened. I have been with you for many years, saved a lot of phone numbers and found one the that worked. She was awesome apologize over and over and set up the next appointment assured me no AI would be involved. You might take another look at this implication of AI it doesn’t work at all…

Wayne kept us posted as to his arrival. He was very pleasant, diagnosed the problem with our stove hood , explained the problem to us ,and fixed it!
