Repair man did pre-phone call with communication of time as planned and arrived as expected. Respectful and professional. Dove directly in to the project! And now my Dryer is working without the sounds of a jet airliner lifting off from my laundryroom. Thank you!

He was kind and patient inspite of having to come back the following day to finish. It stunk so bad because the dirty water sitting in there for a month. He got it fixed.
