Patrick was very knowledgeable and diagnosed the problem with my refrigerator very quickly. Unfortunately, brand name manufacturer sold to Daewoo and the part is no longer available. Patrick was very helpful and understanding. Thanks Patrick; great customer service!

Patrick O. was extremely knowledgeable and friendly! He showed up almost to the minute that was estimated by the app, and worked quickly and efficiently! Usually working with a warranty is a headache, but between Costco (where we purchased the fridge), Samsung (manufacturer), and Sears Home Services (technician/repairs) - it was an extremely efficient and painless experience!
