I appreciated Jim’s kindness he showed to my very social and excited dogs as he worked through his diagnosis. I felt he respected my home while being easy to casually chat with. Problem solved and Jim kept me posted throughout the day on his timeline. I was his 7th client at 2:45. He let me know asap when he could estimate an exact time of arrival.

The washer repairman was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. He was even able to say how long ago this model was state of the art for its time. He was dead on regarding the age of the machine. He took the time to show me exactly what was wrong had the problem resolved in no time. Great asset to the company.
