He, arrived on time, and told us what was wrong with our refrigerator. It was going to cost us quite a bit to repair what was needed. We decided to decline the repair cost, since we were offered one that was used and working.. But thank you for the service. Nila Atkins

Sears tech was very professional and explained to me that since there was no Model number sticker inside of my Freezer he could not repair it! Very disappointing to say the least!

Technician was professional and knowledgeable. Quickly diagnosed the problem. Customer service, however, gets a zero score! First scheduled appointment was a no-show. One cannot talk to a human to resolve the problem. AI Chatbot is unable to resolve problems. Scheduling was a disaster. Sign onto the Internet and track the technician feature did not work. The automated system produced my name and address incorrectly, despite my repeated corrections. There is no way to contact someone to get a status report or update. TERRIBLE customer interface.

Unfortunately the washer would need extensive repair. No warranty of course. So I’ll have to replace it. But the representative was very kind and explained everything as he went., He was very professional.
