We are pretty disappointed and frustrated at this point with the service for our Samsung Refrigerator. This is the second time the technician has been called out for the problem. The water was not dispensing the first time and he told us not to clean out the ice tray if it happens again. Two weeks later the water quit dispensing. We called in a service call. It takes 4-5 days for him to get here and the water started working before he got there for no apparent reason. He did defrost the ice maker and had some ideas of what might be wrong with the water. He said the water was a separate problem. He did not investigate or try to fix that. We are fairly certain it will quit working and might do the same thing before he can get here again.

Didn't do much. Racked up a big bill of what it might be but didn't tear into the machine to check stuff out. Pushed me to buy a new washing machine

We were told a technician would look at our washer and do a repair, he just googled the problem and tried to make us sign a document that said it would cost $1200 ! $120 charge for that? We could have googled it for free! Rip off. P. S. We bought new washer dryer for under $1200!

Took 2 months of R/S appts on Sears end to get someone here. Tech broke a piece of he freezer & didn’t tell me , found the piece under old broken bulb.
