Professional Repairman
Bill was very professional, made sure he stayed with us until the repair was done. We had some problems because Sears Home Services has our address incorrect, and we have tried to correct it several times. Bill made sure he came to the right house every time, called us in advance, did an excellent job.

Samsung Icemaker Repair

Washer still not working
Hello... Bill was reliable and showed up when he was supposed to, but the problem with our washer was not fixed. A part was replaced without any change to the machine.
