Raj is great, knowledgeable and cares about the customer.
As I wrote in the other survey earlier tonight … Raj knew how to quickly diagnose the problem and then worked very hard to fix it. When the upper rack fell off as soon as I started to put food back in, and I was unable to get ANY help from the two numbers he gave me in case of trouble within 90 days, I called the number he had called me from and he turned around to come back and complete the job. It's a shame the way Sears handles Home Repair in this area, but Raj is a super-star!

Third visit to repair same problem! First visit to my home by this repairman and gratefully appears fixed by Brett!!! We appreciate his work. Advised Sears repair before first visit machine which is still under warranty would need new timer. Previous Sears repair would say they ran out of parts or needed to order more, so never came prepared. Sears resheduled our repair Twice so this took over 6 months to finally get fixed.

I was happy with Bret. He arrived with a good attitude and ready to complete the job. I was not happy with having to wait since May, (it's now August) for the parent company to send a repairman to complete the job. The parts and labor were paid for in May, the part was received at our home within 2 weeks. WHO can live for over 2 months without a washer? Timeliness, on your part, could be a lot better.

Sears Operation could better manage schedule and service. In particular, I am unable to get a tech assigned to PM my water heater. I would expect Sears to have technicians for water heater service rather than asking that I find someone, pay them and get reimbursement.
