Bret came to clean and maintain my washer and dryer. He was at my home about an hour. He checked out my washer, moved it out from the wall, looked underneath it and commented on how clean it was. He completely took the dryer apart and cleaned, vacuumed it, checked it out and put it back together again. He was very efficient, has a great sense of humor and I appreciate the time he spent making sure that everything was in good working order. Bret did state that when setting up appointments with Sears they schedule them 20 minutes to do the job. Obviously, that isn't enough time for the thorough work that he did. It seemed that doing the "paperwork" electronically took almost as long as doing the service. Sears may want to re-evaluate the time they allow their technicians to do the job and take into consideration the time it also takes to do the paperwork.
