First of all his name was Bruce not Sarah. He did not fix our dishwasher and he didn't even try. Said he could not get access. He would not even listen when I tried to explain how to access the machine. Totally uninterested. Very unacceptable service.

Sears centers are no longer available in this area as well as Newport everything is done on line or phone call. You would be better off going to a Lowes or home depot. I recommend buying anything but sears.
