Service was excellent, I was worried at first because of the between 8 am and 5 pm scheduling, but text prompts allayed that worry. Technician was very good and fixed the problem quickly, then explained the problem and gave tips for future home service. He was knowledgeable and helpful as well as friendly.

Wouldn’t be able to rate the service, they said they couldn’t make it….by text 3 hours before the end of the estimated time frame. My father is elderly and he doesn’t text. I just happened to ask to see his phone when he became concerned that he hadn’t heard anything by 2:30pm. The text that they couldn’t make it came at 2pm. My dad had waited all day. Then the time for the next day was taken by the time I responded to the text. So now it’s a whole week until he can get someone out there. When I responded that we were looking into other options, because a week out after they couldn’t make it on their end, is unacceptable. They called and called, with an automated machine. When asked to talk to someone, it told me to wait until they got me an Ai advisor. The Ai advisor stands their ground, apologizes, and then responds with same options. When asked to talk to a human, none are available. Looks like I’m waiting for my son to help me watch do it yourself videos this weekend. Sears name means nothing anymore. So very sad. Reply to response. I won’t be calling your Ai phone system. That’s exactly the reason I even left a review. You couldn’t be bothered to deal with me by phone with an actual human. You have lost me permanently, I will be the voice against you for years to come. Ai does NOT belong in customer and technical phone services!!!! That’s final.

First of all his name was Bruce not Sarah. He did not fix our dishwasher and he didn't even try. Said he could not get access. He would not even listen when I tried to explain how to access the machine. Totally uninterested. Very unacceptable service.

Sears centers are no longer available in this area as well as Newport everything is done on line or phone call. You would be better off going to a Lowes or home depot. I recommend buying anything but sears.
