Alex was a great repair man. Extremely knowledgeable, upfront, and honest. Told me exactly what was wrong and what he was gonna have to do to fix it. I could tell the minute he showed up that I had called the right company It is so hard to find honest and knowledgeable repair services today. Consequently, I would recommend Sears Home repair to anyone without hesitation. Thanks again Alex B. 😀👍🏼

The tech tried his best to identify the where the leak was coming from but we were unable to get it to leak to reoccure while he was there, Eduardo was professional and cleaned up after his work. My only constructive feedback for Sears is you need to be able to give a tighter time line on when they should be there other then 8 hours on a date.
