Gary with Sears comes in with a lot of experience and knowledge that a previous repair service provider (not Sears) was absolutely unable to address for my refrigerator. He's very nice and pleasant and thorough. He coordinated with my home warranty service and they're finally moving to resolve my repair.. I highly recommend Gary and Sears.

Gary came on the same day I requested service. He called me when he received the service requested and estimated when he thought he would arrive. Then called again an hour prior to confirm his arrival time. This was very thoughtful. All was resolved about an hour from the time he came to my door. I couldn’t be happier.
