On time, very professional and he was in and out in about thirty minutes. Very impressed with him.

The tech tried his best to identify the where the leak was coming from but we were unable to get it to leak to reoccure while he was there, Eduardo was professional and cleaned up after his work. My only constructive feedback for Sears is you need to be able to give a tighter time line on when they should be there other then 8 hours on a date.

Nice repair man, but I shouldn’t have been charged a service fee o $129.00, when the only problem with my dishwasher was a stuck child lock!

The actual repairman was very nice, however my experience was absolutely TERRIBLE! From forgetting to order parts, to having my appointment rescheduled FOUR times. Zero customer service and no communication at all.
