Jim was my hero, the best repairman. Already had 2 other repairman ( not Sears) try to fix my dishwasher. Jim fixed my dishwasher, and wasn't too hard on the bill. This repairman is the best. Should of called Sears 1st. I'm rural also, and the Sears scheduling wasn't a problem.
