Technician was excellent!!! Same one as before, but management had canceled my appointment n closed my claim in error, which prevented him being able to complete the job. So when he came back, he tried to find out how it happened n why. I appreciated that! He knew exactly what was wrong, finished in no time, was extremely professional and apologetic about how it was handled. I was super impressed 😁
