Patrick was wonderful, he came out the first time, ascertained what parts he needed for my icemaker and ordered them, and then came back out and had the whole thing fixed in 30 minutes. Five stars! Very friendly and very professional

Jim R. phoned beforehand to let me know when he would be arriving, then arrived on time, and then did an excellent job of figuring out the problem with my LG washing machine. So I certainly can recommend Jim for repairs. I also was very pleased with the excellent Sears AI system for setting the appointment.
