I live on Oregon’s central coast, not a lot of repair persons available. Went with Sears and they sent a guy from Eugene. Excellent customer service, repair work and tips! Thanks Donald! I will use them again if needed, and recommend the service.

My technician was excellent. He made sure to call me ahead of time and worked steadily on the issue until he figured out a fix. He's super respectful , honest, and very friendly. And he understood my angst at having been trying to get the issue fixed for 4 months.
