I was charged $129.00, was told my dishwasher was fixed, NOT! Used today, 1st time after Jim left, dishwasher does not DRAIN, Sears SCAMMED ME! Do not use this company!!! They'll milk you for $$$'s and scam you. Call center is out of the USA, can't understand the foreign accent. Sears will take advantage of a old lady to the max!
