The repair technician was great. I think his name was Jonel. He was very professional and flexible with me regarding the schedule. He put everything back exactly how it was before leaving. The experience I had with scheduling was not positive. Sears now uses AI technology rather than speaking to a real human. Despite correcting my address with AI, the technician was sent to the wrong address. The time window for the appointment was also not correct. AI scheduled and confirmed with me a specific time window due to my work schedule and the technician was not provided this information. He arrived at the wrong address about five hours before the appointment I had scheduled. Luckily, he had my number and called me and we were able to work it out so he could move onto his other jobs and return to my correct address at the end of his day. I would give the technician five stars, but I would give the AI technology used to schedule the appointments zero out of five stars.
