None of my comments reflect on the repairman!! He was great!! If you live on the coast, don't buy an appliance that only Sears will work on, It took over 4.5 months to get my dryer repaired because they only visit once a week and they had to come out several times to diagnose the problem and a bunch of times they were overbooked and had to reschedule it, sometimes only having openings a month away because all the sooner appointments were full. My appliance is a LG

Patrick was great in coordinating his arrival. Once on site he put booties on and was pleasant in asking us about the problems. He solved the problem directly and tested his solution. Very cordial and knowledgeable about the billing. Great experience.
