Technician worked me in when I got a Text that my appointment had been rescheduled. He was awesome at communicating with me. The company needs people that we can talk to when we run into a problem. The all automated system does not work when you need a person to talk to.

Patrick was excellent again He arrived ahead of the specified time, worked quickly and very efficiently. Highly recommended. Patrick finished what Jonel started, diagnosing and ordering parts for. He too was punctual, efficient, and very clear about things. Also highly recommended. My only complaints with Sears - and nothing to do with either Patrick or Jonel - is that what they charge is exorbitant. Of course if you live out by the ocean you're going to pay more, but so much? Be prepared! 4 stars for very expensive cost.

When I contacted sears on my washing machine, I spoke to the person scheduling the appointment I had said I wanted to speak with the technician before they came to make sure the part in machine was replaceable. I knew what was wrong. She told me they would contact me beforehand to make sure they knew the problem and could bring the part. They did not contact me and when the service guy came. I told him what was wrong and he put in my model number and said the part is no longer available so my machine is not repairable. This literally took less than 5 min. Now I’m being charged $119 and that is not acceptable. Now I’m being told because he showed up to my home it’s not refundable. The guy was nice because he knew I was mad about being charged. I was told billing does not accept outside calls. I’ll never call sears repair again
