The technician was arrogant and demeaning to me and my wife. He did the get part replaced after many criticisms of the of the tech who order the part.

It is impossible to talk to customer service. The technician came out to diagnose our washer for a leak now it won't turn on at all. Can't get ahold of customer service.

When I contacted sears on my washing machine, I spoke to the person scheduling the appointment I had said I wanted to speak with the technician before they came to make sure the part in machine was replaceable. I knew what was wrong. She told me they would contact me beforehand to make sure they knew the problem and could bring the part. They did not contact me and when the service guy came. I told him what was wrong and he put in my model number and said the part is no longer available so my machine is not repairable. This literally took less than 5 min. Now I’m being charged $119 and that is not acceptable. Now I’m being told because he showed up to my home it’s not refundable. The guy was nice because he knew I was mad about being charged. I was told billing does not accept outside calls. I’ll never call sears repair again

I will NEVER shop or use Sears again. It took Sears technician since August to fix my refrigerator. Right before Thanksgiving I went and bought a new refrigerator. Sears Service is awful. This experience was elder abuse, I’m 82 years old and didn’t have a refrigerator for all that time. I lost at least 800.00 or more of food, i was told by the technician if I had the wrong attitude I was automatically put at the bottom of the list, that was at the first visit in September which he never showed. He took my info over the phone and ordered parts!! The telephone service at the help center was equally inept. Telling me anything to get me off the line. I have the 599.00 warranty protection on all my appliances. It did nothing to help me. In summation I will never recommend Sears. It’s a shame as I loved my Kenmore elite refrigerator.

Had an appt. today to fix my washer. Was given a window of 8am to 5pm for technician. Sat and waited all day, no call, no text nothing. Called their customer support at 4:30pm and was put on hold for 30mins until line dropped. Talk about bad service. Can it get any worse?

They cancelled my appointment 4 times now. Can't get anyone in person either to talk or to follow thru with appointment. Lost hours of work time waiting for what continues to be a no show. My refrigerator is still not fixed. Much good has the extended warranty done. Patrick was not helpful whatsoever. Said there nothing he could do that his orders said microwave not refrigerator. But 1st time called this morning he said microwave and refrigerator. He said I would have to call and reschedule. You can't talk to a person and it doesn't give options for our needs. There's nothing wrong with microwave. It's been over a month now and still no repair in sight. Not sure where to go from here.- Help! ZERO STARS
