The Technician was great. I was the last one seen and I know he had to be tired, but he was patient, friendly, and understanding. It was my Air Conditioner and I thought it might need more Freon, nope it just needed cleaning. He was thorough and made sure all parts was in working order.

We had Randal from Sears fix our 2006 Thermador Range. We've owned the home since 2019 and had multiple technicians from OTHER companies work on it with varied success. The oven had stopped working completely - over the past few years the time to 'preheat' to 350 had grown from 1 hour to 6 hours. For Thanksgiving I had to turn it on the night before - just to make sure! Anyway, last person to work on it before Randal looked at the oven and just said 'its old, not much can be done'. We were already looking at the shocking price of a new range and were almost there when I decided to make a last ditch effort and call Sears - because they actually listed Thermador on the website. We have had great success with Sears in the past as well on other appliances. anyway, Randal came out, identified the problem (igniter), found a place to order it since it obviously was discontinued, ordered it and came out the following week (yesterday) and fixed it in 45 minutes! Outstanding TEN ********** STAR SERVICE!!! This is a long review, but honestly, we are shocked at the speed and quality of this repair! Truly. Every time in the past we had to have our Thermador worked on (always one of the burners needed replacement igniter), it would take, literally months. They came out, they ordered the part, they came back out, they ordered the wrong part, ordered a new part, came out again - start to finish: 6-8 weeks. With Sears: start to finish: 7 days! Enough said - highly recommend their service and Randal was amazing! Thank you Sears for having such great technicians on your team!
