The first tech did not open the dryer and assumed it was the heating element. Waited for the part and thought I had an appointment already scheduled. Waited all afternoon and a no show. Different tech came today and took the dryer apart. It was not the heating element, but found a burnt wire. He fixed it and the problem was solved. I waited a week for nothing. Grateful the second tech knew his “stuff.”

The request to review was specifically for my Technician. Markland came exactly when he said he would, diagnosed the problem quickly, and forwarded the replacement information for my A/C unit on for further processing. I couldn’t be happier with his service. However, getting the appointment set up was extremely difficult. For three days all I was able to do was try to set it up through an automated system, which wasn’t working, and would only circle back around to the initial request, and I had to start all over again. Finally, on the third day I was able to get through, and even then it took some time to get the appointment set up. Hopefully, the rest of the process on the replacement unit will go quickly.

Well I find it down right impressive that anyone has actually been able to get service from sears considering it sold out and closed down years ago. Sure couldn't be buying sears brand name appliances. They are out of business.
